Don Stoner is the Group Vice President of the West Region. In this role, Don is responsible for integrating the ACS companies into a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that delivers a full range of capabilities to solve our clients’ talent optimization needs. Key focus areas include cross-training our client-facing sales, solutions, and delivery teams to ensure all markets are fully capable of meeting our clients’ business challenges with creative and fit-for-purpose solutions.
Prior to ACS, Don was the Regional Vice President, Pacific Northwest for Ciber, Inc. In this position, Don was responsible for business development, client relationships, and service delivery excellence for multiple solution sets provided through a managed services delivery model. He was also tasked with profit and loss management, go-to-market strategy, and methodology creation and maturation. In only three years, Don grew the managed services business from scratch to an annual run rate of more than $76 M.
Prior to Ciber, Don worked for eight years both in active military and civilian roles for the Department of Defense. In these roles, he was tasked with the development and operational testing and evaluation of electronic warfare equipment for a joint chief’s operations unit designed to deploy more advanced technology to our US soldiers, sailors, and airmen.
Don has a deep background of solving business problems, establishing organizational procedures, and aligning solutions to maximize business performance. He received his education in the Department of Defense, Fort Benjamin Harrison Indiana, Defense Information School, and completed a dual military occupation designation in Computer Operations and Computer Programming.
